How do I make a booking?

Browse stays, select your dates and guests, then click 'Request Booking'. You'll need to be logged in. Our team will confirm within 24 hours.

What is the payment process?

After your booking is approved, you'll receive a payment link. We accept UPI, net banking, and cards. You can pay the full amount or choose a partial advance (60%).

How do I know the exact location of the stay?

Exact location details are shared only after your booking is confirmed and payment is received, to protect the privacy of our property owners.

Can I modify my booking dates?

Contact us at admin@bunkout.in or call us within 24 hours of booking. Changes are subject to availability and may incur a fee.

What happens if the property is not as described?

We take property quality seriously. If there's a discrepancy, contact support immediately. We'll investigate and resolve within 24 hours.
