Cancellation Policy
Each property on Bunkout has its own cancellation policy. The policy is clearly shown on every stay's page before you book.
Note: A 15% cancellation handling fee applies to all refundable cancellations to cover payment gateway and processing costs. This fee is non-refundable.
Flexible
Cancel 11+ days before check-in
Full refund if cancelled before 11 days from the reservation date, minus a 15% cancellation charge on the total booking amount.
Moderate
Cancel 21+ days before check-in
Full refund if cancelled before 21 days from the reservation date, minus a 15% cancellation charge on the total booking amount.
Strict
Cancel 30+ days before check-in
Full refund if cancelled before 30 days from the reservation date, minus a 15% cancellation charge on the total booking amount.
Partial Flexible
Cancel 11+ days before check-in
Partial refund if cancelled before 11 days from the reservation date. The refund percentage is specific to each property and will be mentioned in your booking confirmation.
Partial Moderate
Cancel 21+ days before check-in
Partial refund if cancelled before 21 days from the reservation date, minus a 15% cancellation charge on the total booking amount. The refund percentage is specific to each property.
Partial Strict
Cancel 30+ days before check-in
Partial refund if cancelled before 30 days from the reservation date, minus a 15% cancellation charge on the total booking amount. The refund percentage is specific to each property.
No Refund
No refund on the advance amount paid under any circumstances.
